Employee Relations for Small Business Employers

No cost virtual event. Employers today face many challenges in attracting, developing and keeping employees. Join us to discuss how employee relations impacts all elements of the employment lifecycle. From recruiting to retention, a focus on employee relations can enhance company culture and strategic direction. In this session, we will explore opportunities and resources that small business employers can use today. Presenter: Deirdre Pattillo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Senior Project Manager for Employer Services for the Texas Southwest SBDC Network’s Center for Government Contracting. The Texas South-West SBDC’s have partnered together to bring you expert content to help your small business grow and succeed. Funded in part through the State of Texas and a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Deirdre Pattillo, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is Senior Project Manager for Employer Services for the Texas Southwest SBDC Network’s Center for Government Contracting at the UTSA Institute for Economic Development. She has served the SBDC community since 1998, spending the majority of this time specifically focused on Human Resources training and advising.
